The narrator tells us that he's back at work, and that things are looking up for him. He's been getting a lot of good reviews for his new product, and he'd like to tell rika about it. He asks if he can take some of the documents to the office, but the door is open, so he'll just knock on the door. The door opens, and the narrator is surprised to see that the man is dressed in a suit. The man is yelling at him, calling him by his first name, and calling harumiya by her last name. The narrator apologizes, and says that he saw the man touching her hair the other day. He wants to thank her for helping him with his research, and asks her to try out a new prototype of his product. He apologizes for not being able to go on a date with him.
