In this chapter, we learn that the oracle has made a bet with the school students of each of the two schools. If the school wins, all of the students will be forced to work for the oracle's school. If they lose, they will be "islaves" to the school. The oracle tells the student that he has never seen anyone so stupid as him. He tells him that he will kill anyone who tries to beg him. The student begs the oracle to throw the bell when he is about to die, and the oracle promises to come to his rescue. The bell is a "demonic weapon" , the oracle tells him, and he wonders if it is good or bad for the student. The two schools will have a competition today.
