In this chapter, we learn that the star tower is a famous workshop for refining weapons, and that it's a big sect in the Daxi kingdom. It's also said that there's no treasure in the world that can be escaped from the nine paths of the star platform, which are the eyes of the stars. In other words, the nine path is the only way that you can escape from the universe. The narrator tells us a story about a father who took his son to the stars in order to refine a weapon. The father knew that the son would eventually pay for his aggression, so he took six pieces of treasure from the stars and fused them together to create a weapon that would save his son. Unfortunately, the father's son was injured by another man, and the weapon was too late to save his life. The story ends with the narrator telling us that the last governor of the city was his son, who worked his whole life for refining the weapon.
