In the middle of the night, Pan lunhui wakes up. He's worried that he's not taking care of himself. He wants to know if he can come back and see what's going on. He tells Pan that his mission has been complete, and that he has seen the end of hell. He also says that nuwa wants him to tell him about the decree that she has just issued. He doesn't want Pan to see the decree, because it's too important for him to see it. Pan says that he can't worry about him anymore, because he has always been worried about what might happen to him. He says that when they first met, he had his heart set on him, but he didn't tell Pan about it.
