Fleeting Time, Burning Light

In this brief scene, we learn that the general is back at sea, and he's not happy about it. He wants to know if the new guy is protecting him, or if he has a problem with his ability to control the water. He tells the kid to follow him, but the kid won't listen to him. He says he'll destroy the place, and everyone will die. The kid says he doesn't want the power of the water, and that he can't even control it yet. He's almost at his limit, the kid says, and the water only hears him. The general tells him to pack up and go back to the front line. The front line has just sent news that their troops have been beaten by the enemy, and they need to go back and support them.
