In this short scene, Ren tells Zhuang that he's been disgraced by the way he treated his sister. He's also worried that she's going to get pregnant once she gets to the base, and that she won't be able to find a good husband for her. He tells her to shut up and leave him alone. He wants to go to hell with her, and he doesn't want to die with her.
