The Governess tells the Governess that she is going back to the city alone. She asks him if he is sure that he is going to return alone. He tells her that he will be very careful. She tells him that he can ask his men to accompany him. He says that he wants to give her a better life. He asks her if she is sure she will be going back alone and she says that she can ask her men to go along with him. She says that they are the patrol and that she drugged him and took off his clothes and kicked him out. She then goes to the exchange center and steals his money, which is a months worth of his pay. He complains that he has lost his petty crime and that he does not know how he is to be compensated for it. He is sorry for everything and he promises to never do it again. He goes on to say that he had done it in the past but that people are getting tired of the base and crime is endemic. He adds that they have decided to send anyone who steals to prison for three years. He pleads with her to let him go back home.
