The next morning, Doohyang wakes up in the middle of the night. He's been up all night, and he's still not sure what's going on. He doesn't want to go to sleep, but he does want to get out of the house and get some fresh air. He tells himself that he'll be back in the morning, and then he can go back to sleep. He wakes up to the sound of tapping on the door. It's the witch, and she tells him that she's on her way back from a business trip. He asks her if she heard anything about the new teacher, and the witch says that she hasn't. He says that he feels like everyone is judging him, and that no one cares about the students at all. He wants to meet up with the teacher, but the witch tells him to go ahead and talk to choonsik instead. The teacher was the one who said that he was going to take a break, and now he wants to go back again. The witch asks him why he'd been talking to the teacher for so long, and when he says that it's because of his "lifespan" , the witch laughs at him and says that this is his first time harassing anyone. She asks him to rummage around in the graveyard and find the body of someone he knows. She wants to know if the body is that of someone she knows, and if it is the same person that the teacher wants him to leave before he leaves the school. She also asks him if he thinks that he will become a "full blown zombie" . He can't say for sure, but it sounds like there's a good chance he will.
