Back at the banquet, the guys are getting ready for brno to give his big speech. They're all dressed up for the occasion, and one of them is wearing a fancy dress. He's got a big speech to make, and he wants to thank everyone for their support in rebuilding the Oboro Castle. He tells everyone that it's because of their generous support that he's able to rebuild the castle. He hopes that everyone will continue to support him. The guys are eating a huge buffet, and they're not sure what's on the menu. The guy who's making the dragon tail says that he put all his ingredients into the dish, but the other guys are just using scraps from the garbage can. He wants to know why they don't respect the rules of the table, so he tells them that they can use whatever they want. He also says that the dish that gets the most votes wins, so they'll all make a dragon tail main dish. He says he'll help out, too, since he doesn't have the time to do all the cooking himself. The other guy is using garlic, ginger, and lemon zest, and the meat has been fried too long. He complains that the meat isn't juicy, and that the other guy used lemon zest to "stimulate the senses and awaken the appetite" . He asks them to give the meat a rest, but they won't listen. He then asks if they've even had a chance to shake his hand. They say that they haven't, and then he asks where they are. They all sigh and hang in there.
