The only way to get her back is to send Yulan back to the "Modern World" , where he'll be able to remember everything. Yulan's been having a tough time getting in touch with him lately, because the glitch is getting worse. He's sorry, he says, because he's no "recarnator" . He tells Yulan to make sure that he gets his "tribute stat" up to the maximum value, so that when he gets back his memories, it won't matter whether he gets them back or not. He also warns Yulan not to tell Yulan the whole truth, because that would only make him more attached to Yulan in the future. The buzz of the clock is ticking, and Yulan is counting on Yulan. He says that he has won the duel, but that he can never break his promise to her, because she'll have to tell them what happened. He asks Yulan if he should let them be his witnesses, since they're the only ones who know what's going on between Yulan and Darnay.
