The chapter opens with a flashback to the night of the murder of sakura and yaku. It's the night before the murder, and it's clear that the killer is none other than Tamura. He's been hanging out with Tamura's family, and Tamura tells him that he's going to kill himself tonight if he doesn't shut up. Tamura says that he can't believe that Tamura would kill his own son, but he'll kill himself if he can. He tells Tamura that if he wants to kill his son, he should kill himself. He says that if Tamura wants his son's body, he can kill himself, too, but that he won't do it if he has to kill Tamura himself.
