Goro enters into a contract with his slave, who is named "San." The contract stipulates that Goro will pay the rent for the entire six-month period and that he will only allow Goro to move into bigger, more expensive apartments if he wishes. When the contract is over, Goro promises to continue training the slave to be his pet.
