Fair Wind Scroll

In the afterlife, there is a scroll called the "fair wind scroll" that can be read by immortals and demons alike and can be used to boost one's cultivation. The scroll is believed to contain a medicinal formula that can cure all sorts of ills. In order to protect the scroll from being misused, the Heavenly Realms decided to seal it in a cave in the ninth heaven. This sealed the scroll in such a way that it was shattered and banished from the Heavens. The narrator tells us that the narrator is still in the dream and that he will find him in the mortal world.
