In this chapter, we learn that the jade emperor is the second-most powerful person in the universe, after the god of the sun. He is also the one who has the power to summon the soul of the immortals. In other words, he has the ability to summon his own soul. This is why he is called the "lord of the universe" . We learn that this is the same "lord" who gave the "magic treasure" to the "angels" in Chapter 2. The "angel" is the "divine general" of the "immortal network" , and he is supposed to "prick a finger" at the "caller's blood" within an hour. The ring that is calling the "brother fan" tells him that his father has been beaten up by "loan sharks" and that he needs help. He begs the ring to give him the money so that he can pay off the loan sharks. He tells the ring that he is forty years old and should have enough money to pay for his burial. He says that even his father is not willing to help him. He asks the ring if he can make friends with him and give him two more months to pay off his debt. He promises to do so if the ring agrees to come to his rescue.
