He tells his guys to split up and take shelter in the building next to them. The boss says that he can handle the people alone, and that it's wise to have him on his team. He says that the people of the destroyer alliance are looking for them, so they should stay put as long as possible. Then he says that once he's fully prepared, he'll take everyone else out of the building. He then tells the third brother to come with him, because he can use his ability to control the bugs to detect changes. The third brother says that this potion is for him, and he can't really care about its effects, since he has always worried about them. It's his job to decide whether or not to use it, but the boss reminds him that he was the one who dragged him into this mess, and now it is time for him to help him.
