Min Xingzhu, the president of the Pet Association, arrives at the animal society's headquarters to try to convince the president to join the anti-Dreadnought alliance. She tells the president that she will not join the alliance because she is all women, and that she cannot just put everyone at risk. The president, however, agrees to the plan. He asks the breeders to give him their mutant dogs so that he can find someone and pay them for their help. He also asks the president if he has promised to give the breeders food on time each week, and the president says that he will do it first. He then asks if the breeders have agreed to his request, and they say that they have already done so. He is surprised to find out that Min Xingzhu has joined the alliance and that the agreements they had made before are null, and void. He says that with the alliance behind them, all of them will have to become servants.
