When the sound of gunshots is heard, Lingzi exclaims that it must be his father who sent the soldiers to rescue him. He tells the other students that they should prepare themselves for the attack. He also tells them that it is good to be alone with one another. He says that he knows some of them, and that it was his fault that he became like this when he first arrived at the school. The other students ask to see the CCTV footage of the night before. Through the cctv, they see that Lingzi let two non-students into his dormitory room. Lingzi tells the students that the incident did not have anything to do with Lingzi and that she apologizes to him, but that she does not know that it will have such a negative effect on his reputation. She says that she did not want to suspect Lingzi before the incident, and she only wanted to see him explain himself to the police
