In this short scene, we get a brief look at the various abilities of the various members of the Triumvirate. First, we're introduced to the "little brother," who's basically the boss of the base. He doesn't seem to mind that his little brother is a member of a different class than the rest of the men at the base: he's the boss. He's ordering the men to do whatever he wants with the resources they have, and he'll let them do whatever they want with the women as long as they don't try to get him killed. The little brother's a little miffed that his boss hasn't come out yet to greet him, but the boss is all, "Hey, I'm the boss here, and I've got all the resources and all the women in the world. I can let you do whatever you want with them!" . The boss's got a lot on his plate: he has to get the troops out of harm's way before he can kill the kid. He also has to figure out a way to get them to obey his orders without killing the kid first. So the boss orders the troops to attack the base and kill the little brother first.
