In this chapter, we learn that Lin and zhu are both in the hospital, and that erdu has come to see them. Lin asks zhu why he came to see him, and he says that he came because he wanted to speak to him. Lin also tells zhu that he heard that the two of them had gotten along very well the first time they met, so he wants to arrange for them to meet again in the same place. Lin wants to take kang and some of his classmates on a vacation to the beach.
