In this short scene, we are introduced to a number of characters who have been introduced in the previous two chapters. The first person introduced is the Duke of Abergavenny, who tells the audience that he has come to the palace to find out what has happened to the prince. He tells the prince that the emperor has poisoned him, and that he should take care of himself. The Duke also tells the Prince that he is setting up a trap so that he can catch the conspirators who are responsible for the prince's death. The prince is not afraid of being poisoned, he says, because he has lived and died with the prince, and they have both been doctors. He asks the prince to give up his life to save him, but the prince refuses, saying that his heart is nothing he can tell the prince at this time. He says that he entered the palace "with a purpose" , to get the book "martial marquis arts of war" . But the prince does not know that there are other people in the palace who are also trying to kill him. He also says that there is an organization called
