In this chapter, we find out that Uriel has gone to Washington, D. C. to compete in a costume contest. She's super bummed that she didn't tell him about it, but she's also super happy that he's been so nice to her. We also learn that she went to the world's largest cosplay convention, which is sort of like a giant flea market for costumes. Uriel is super bummed because she can't figure out why anyone would want to dress up in a skimpy outfit like that.
