In this chapter, the monster tells Roxane that he wants to help her when she is starving because she is playing games with her little boy. He wants her to prove that she is not an illegal immigrant by passing a medical license and proving that she owns property. He also wants to know what the heck she is talking about when she says she is shocked at his age. He tells her to cough cough and tells her that he will take her wishes back.
