In this short scene, Lin tells us that he hopes to be able to bring happiness and joy to the people around him. He hopes that his work will be meaningful to others, and that he will surpass Lin in this regard. He tells us, "My ultimate goal is to surpass Lin . . it's already about already" . He asks if there are any night classes at the school today. He has an appointment that he cannot make at the field, and if he doesn't hurry, he'll have to wait until everyone else has gone home. He wants to know why there aren't any students there, and he asks why there isn't anyone there. He finally finds someone, and asks why he's standing there at this dark place. She tells him that he can only blame himself for this, and she scolds him for skipping class to go see the art studio. She says that she made use of many students to find the tutor, but he didn't come to class. She scolds her for being so sloppy, and says she's sorry this time, but that she'll do it again. She asks if she can lock her in the storeroom, but she tells her to leave it to her.
