The narrator introduces himself as "Ai xiao" . He tells the girl that he called the ambulance after she passed out from drinking too much the night before. He also tells her that he will pay for her hospital bills. The narrator then tells the other students that the class rep has returned to the school, but that he has cut off all contact with them. He then tells them that he saw the boy drinking alone, and that he is afraid of what the boy will do if he hears of his friend's concern. He says that he knows the boy is with him, and he does not want it to be "sorrowful tears"
