The next morning, ike wakes up to find that he's done with the demon god. He's going to kill him, but he doesn't want to say anything about it. He can't believe that the demon has kept him in such a bad state of mind. ike's a healer, so he can use his bathroom to bathe and buy some gloves. He wants to know more about the town, so ike tells him that there are many villages hidden in the forest. He also tells ike that he can call him if he needs him. He explains that he came to practice his abilities, and that the town is the first one he has ever been to. He uses a fake name to mask the fact that he is from the forest, so that he won't have to worry about the demon's dirty thoughts. He says that he has an expensive ability card that he needs to use to figure out how to get back to his world once he arrives in the town. He wonders why the demon would want to protect him.
