The owner of the house is asleep, so the dog runs off to find his master and pay his respects. The master tells him to knock on someone's door, because he looks like a spy, and he says that if he were to be followed, he wouldn't be able to live in the house. He adds that he even has cats and dogs, which give him a sense of security. He then says that there are "magic formations" all over the place, which he can choose from. He offers to show him a palace drama, which the master agrees to watch.
