The narrator tells us that his father's sixth younger brother is called "he su," which means "congratulation." He's been living in the kingdom of the Yellow Dragon since his grandfather collapsed. The narrator doesn't know a lot about him, except that he accidentally drowned at seven years of age. When his mother died, he didn't care. When he was eighteen years old, he became emperor. He reigned for 27 days, and committed thousands of sins. He was sentenced to life imprisonment, but he declared an amnesty and was exiled from the kingdom to the southwest. He never came back to the kingdom. This is all the narrator knows about uncle. He says that he's never seen him before, but now that he sees the dragon weapon, he realizes that something must be hidden inside. The elder sister rushes off to find her brother. She's worried that their father has returned home, and his mother has died, so she's arranged a place for him to stay in the capital so that he won't be able to escape. The younger sister says that she'll take care of her brother from now on.
