When Arthur asks if there is anything between him and Jane, he says that there is "nothing between us" , and that "it never will be" . He tells Arthur to be careful around the bush, because there is someone there, and Arthur says that he has seen someone behind the bush and that it is him. He says that "he's me" and that he is here to play with Jane. He coughs and says that the moon is beautiful today, and he has to use this trick to make Jane believe him. Arthur tells Jane that he will be staying with her tonight, and she agrees to sleep with him in one of her rooms. He wants to make sure that they do not take off their clothes or leave their covers on, and they can't eat cake together.
