In this chapter, the protagonist explains that he has failed in his experiment to separate his soul from his body. He wishes he could use the rat to live in the body of another soul, but he can't think of anything else to do with the rat. Everyone knows that the school is a privately run school, and if there aren't enough students to fill the class, the school may have to close. The school's next open house is coming up, and the students will have to put on a dazzling program to attract more students to the school. The protagonist wants to do something exciting, like an eating contest or a clay wrestling contest. He's depressed that there are so few boys in his class, so he doesn't want to participate in anything exciting. He also wants to have a wrestling contest to scare away potential students. He wants the whole class to do a bodybuilding show, and he wants to take out his secret script and show it to the class. He feels that the story is well written, but there's a problem: how can they perform the climax of a tornado destroying the school parking lot? The protagonist thinks that the rat's hair looks like a poop on its head, but it's actually a very very curled, natural hair.
