In this chapter, baek sings a song about how he will never lose the love of his life, June. He tells her that she belongs to him and that she will never be able to lose him. He curses the "bastard" who insulted him and demands to know what is wrong with her. He asks her to tell him that they are friends. He apologizes for using her as a "guarantee" and runs away. He promises to pay her back the money so that she can forgive him. She tells him to stop making fun of him and to put down the sword. He says that he has no relationship with the bastard and that he is just a "worthless human being" who does not deserve to live. He praises her for regaining her memories and says that it is good to see her again in her highness. He swears he is not a sorcerer and says he is happy to be back in the empire.
