The narrator tells us that the air in the house is "stale and smelly" and that there are only "few dried flowers" and "only few trays" on the table. He says that each of them has a "triangle symbol" and is written in the language he doesn't understand. He also says that there is a painting of a merapi on the wall and lots of family pictures on it. The narrator says that all of them are from different parts of the world and that they are not from the same family. He adds that one of them might be "christina" . He tells the narrator to stay in his room and not to play dumb with the situation. He then says that the house assistant is still looking for a replacement for him. She says that they haven't found the right person yet and that the one who came from a remote part of the country like christina is still needed. He goes on to say that he didn't think he would go to the house and that he asked her to stay there. She said that she shouldn't even have met her great-grandma and that she should have stayed with her friend. She tells him that she won a lot of money from her job, but that she was afraid that she would be followed by her family. She calls from a mobile phone and says that she didn'T have enough money to follow her. She also says she couldn't get in touch with her family and that it felt "scarier" than before.
