About This Chapter
In this short scene, a young man named Azam Raharjo narrates the events of his first two weeks at his new job as an assistant to a family in the countryside. He explains that his job is quite easy, and that he has a good income in advance, but that he does not really care about his job. One day, when he is about to leave to send documents to his family, he inquires about his older sister , who has been gone for three weeks. She has told him that she is working at the house, but her family does not have a number for her, and they have asked her to replace her because her mother is sick. When he asks about her brother, he learns that he came to search for her sister, who used to speak in his mother's language, and who is now working in the house. When the young man asks about his sister's brother, the man tells him that it is impossible for her to have a brother, because she has a brother. The young man then tells the man that he will share his location with him, and when he returns to the house after sending his documents, he finds that his sister is not there.
