About This Chapter
Azam Raharjo, the narrator of the story, warns listeners that the episode contains disturbing scenes and disturbing images. He also warns that the number they are calling is "inactive" or "unable to reach" from the "crap" of the service area. Alan tries to contact his sister, but she is too scared to do so. She tells him that she will not let her sister die, and she tells him to go home and talk to her later. She asks him to share the obituary with her, but he refuses, saying that he is just "a little bit unwell" and that he will not push it away. He tells her that he heard the obituary on the news, but that it did not alter the fact that he was the murderer. He says that his sister's source told her that she hoped no one would ever hear of the obituary again, and that she believes that whatever the creature or whatever her brother saw was more dangerous than they think. Before they went home, he whispered at her ear while crying.
