He reminds Cai Ming that he is the one who betrayed the General, so he has the right to do what he pleases. But he also knows that the General and the others are recruiting Cai Ming with money. He knows that other teams are also recruiting him with money, so why does Cai Ming think that he will be able to join them? Cai Ming tells him that it's not like he can give up the General
