This chapter opens with Pandemonium's speech to the crowd, in which he tells them that he has come to tell them that they are welcome to come and see him, but that they should not expect him to return anytime soon. He tells the crowd that he will be back soon, and they are all invited to come see him. He also tells them to be patient with him, as he will return soon.
