We learn that Fang is from a family that runs a chain of pharmacies, and that his family has a close relationship with Xiao's family. We also learn that the professor didn't tell Fang about the new team quest that's coming up today. Fang is bummed that he'll have to wait for Xiao to show up at the open lecture, but he doesn't want to waste any more time waiting for him, so he decides to play the game.
