In this chapter, we learn that Runmaru has decided to auction off his "super model" in order to raise money for the less fortunate children of the world. He tells us that he's not going to spend the night with Roxane alone on the night of Christmas Eve. He's going to hang out with his "boy friend" on the day of the auction. Runmaru says that he has a message for Roxane: he wants her to believe in him, even if she doesn't agree with him. He also says that if she wants him what he wants, she can let him know. He says that the auction will be on the same day as the Christmas Eve celebration, so he'll be able to watch it on his big-screen HDTV. He adds that he wants to make sure that the highest bidder gets to kiss his "sweet" as a present from Santa Claus. The auction starts, and Runmaru announces that they have seventy thousand sand, which is enough to buy one of the "shiny ones" that Roxane wants. He then says that they'll need to raise two hundred thousand sand for the auction, which means that they won't have enough money to complete the work they've been working on. Roxane says that she can't believe that anyone would want to buy a "popular super model" when they're not even working on anything at all. She's pretty sure that she and Roxane were "strongly" in love with each other, and that's why she's so upset about what happened to her.
