It's Valentine's Day and Sayumi and Mina are going to make a special chocolate cake for the girls. Mina is worried that someone is going to get sick, so she runs to the fire station to find out what's going on. She finds out that it's not just Mina, but also the other girls who are in love with Sayumi that need help. Mina tries to calm her down, telling her that she's the only one who knows what to do if someone needs help. She also tells her story about how she surprised Mina the other day and how she didn't know how to react. She tells Mina that she should be proud that she saved Mina's life. Mina says that she thinks that if she were a paramedic, she'd want to be like her friend, who is also a good person. Mina tells her that he's thinking that he wants to be a doctor, too, and that she wants to marry him. Mina thinks that she is getting so discouraged that she doesn't want to go to the hospital anymore. She asks Mina if she can catch up with him on her way home, or if she should ask about her friend's marriage. Mina suggests that she send a message to sayumi, and then she'll be able to catch him on his way home.
