About This Chapter
In this short scene, Ruchi begins his second year in high school. He thanks his classmates for their hard work in the previous year, and he asks them to practice their speeches in front of others. He hopes that they will be able to do so in the future. He tells Ruchi that he used to be good at essays, and that he followed the example of his classmates in their speeches. He asks Ruchi to tell the new students about the lessons he has learned in his first two years at the school. Ruchi says that he is afraid that he will turn into a "broad-ting disaster" when he arrives at school, but he is glad that he has found a group of like-minded students to help him. He says that people will help him, even though he is imperfect. He is still sad, but happy that he can feel the way he does. He wishes that he could play basketball with Ruchi and his classmates.
