"A friendship date" The narrator tells us that he's just won the high school basketball tournament. He's got a crush on a girl named Aya kami-yama, and he wants to go see her grow up. He also has some news: Ayo chan is getting taller, too. Ayo and Ayo's father are friends, and they're both in high school together. The narrator is bummed that he hasn't been able to hang out with his friends since he came back from college. He wants to get to know his "grown-up" self. He asks why he wasn't told that he was a boy when he was younger, and the narrator tells him that people mistook him for a girl all the time. He says he'll have to figure out a way to work with this.
