He says that the guards at Longhu mountain didn't see him and Jojo when they met in person, because the official had ordered the guards to arrest him. He also says that he's a civil servant, and that he has to reveal his identity now. He blames himself for being naive, and blames the two guards for not following his orders. The director says that if he hadn't had his guidance, he would never have solved the problems. He wants to know where the treasure is in the nine clouds, and wants to open the box and give him the clue.
