When the scene opens, the protagonist is in his mid-20s and has just started his job as a waiter at a bar. He's in the middle of a conversation with his boss when he suddenly realizes that his boss is naked and that he's also in a state of shock. He shrieks, thanks for filling in for him at work , and runs off to find his butt "touched" by the boss. The boss is shocked and asks why the kid is doing this. The kid says that it's because the boss is a "gay bar" , which is a sexual slang term for a place where men and women get together and have sex. The guy says that they need more staff, so they're going to have a "welcome party" where they'll all have sex and drink and have a good time.
