The next morning, the pensioner asks Mr. Kamarishi to show him how to run the insurance company. He's so impressed that he's willing to do anything for her. The pensioner tells him that he needs to finish all of the tasks he has assigned to him or else he'll lose his job. He asks why rina is crying, and Mr. Kakkarishi tells him it's because she's cute and a great communicator. The other pensioner points out that rina did nothing wrong to him, and he apologizes for being so harsh.
