They're talking trash, and one of the young men tells them that he's going to give them a tour of the city's most famous landmarks: the Empire State Building, the Lincoln Memorial, and the World Trade Center. The tour guide tells the men that they can have their picture taken in front of each of these landmarks, and they're free to do whatever they want with it. The young men, however, are not having any of this. They don't have a tour guide, so they have to stand around and wait for someone to come in and take their picture.
