Miss Jessels response is that she doesn't have time to do it herself, but that she'll do it when she has the time. She's also worried about her subordinate, who's going to get ahead of her in the costume business if she does nothing else. She wants to be able to do something really special for her future daughter-in-law, and she wants to make sure that she does it well. She also wants to cheer up kanda, who hasn't had a very good day. She asks if he'll make her some chocolate, but he's not very energetic, so she asks him to cheer him up with some chocolate. He says that he'd like to do so, but his cooking is "catas trophic" .
