The narrator and his boss are sitting on a beach in the middle of nowhere. The narrator says that he's going to go there to get some work done. He doesn't want anyone to know about the secret place, but the narrator wants to tell everyone about it. He tells the narrator that it's cold outside, and the narrator thinks that the narrator would rather get wet than go to the beach. He also tells the story of his mother, who was a famous designer, and how she used to be a bad influence on him. He says that his mother's influence has made him want to be like her. He asks the narrator about his family. His parents are normal, he says, and he gets along with his brother, who is an older brother. His brother used to fight with him, but now they get along well.
