The narrator is in a hotel with his boss. He's looking at a map of the city and wondering why there are penguins in the street. He asks his boss to take a break. The two of them sit down and talk. The narrator tells his boss that they have a lot of time to do everything they want to do. He tells him that they'll be able to see everything in the city. He also tells him about how hard he worked on the Hirohito show and how he was able to pull it off. He says that he's a bonehead because he doesn't know how to deal with people like him. He wants to know what he'll say if his boss looks at him like that. He tries to get back to his boss, but he can't.
