Before the children leave for school, Julka scolds her son for his tantrum. She tells him to apologize to his uncle, who usually laughs it off. She also tells Julka that her son's hand is hurt, and she puts ointment on it so that it will heal. When Julka asks why the soap came with the tools, she tells him that it was a free gift. She asks Julka if she can give it to the children later, and Julka says that she will only do so to those who like it. Julka tells her that she has an appointment with her, and asks her to call her right away. When she doesn't reply, she asks what is going on. She says that her husband is on a business trip for two days and one night, and that she would like to come home.
