Before the meeting is over, the team decides to go ahead with the project that was put on hold the last time they met. They decide to hire a team leader who knows the company well, so that the project will be completed by a person who has worked at the company for a year. The team leader, however, is none other than Yulan's father. Yulan is upset that he has been assigned to be the leader of the team, and he asks the team leader if he can help him. The leader says that he is not allowed to talk to Yulan, because he is worried that he will be assigned to the same team with Yulan. The teacher tries to comfort Yulan by reminding him that he can only see him if he goes home, and that Yulan will want to go home as well. He tries to convince Yulan to dance with him, but Yulan does not like the idea of dancing with someone he does not know. He asks the teacher to take care of him, and the teacher agrees. He tells Yulan that even if the team works hard this week, they will have to work extra hard next week. He also tells the teacher that he cannot leave the house overnight, because Yulan gets lonely, and there is no one else in the house to feed him.
