The doctor says that he should pay more attention to his partner's health in the future, and not have sex with other people. The doctor tells him to just cooperate with his treatment. He tells him that being alone can make him happy, and that being in a relationship can't get a 6 out of a possible 7. He goes on to say that he has broken up with her, gotten sick, resigned, owed money, and his family is in a mess. He wants her to know that he's a loser, but she doesn't find out about it at all. He says he wants to go for a walk, but the doctor says he can only have the packages left with him. He also tells her to go on packing, as he has been wondering about it for a while. He adds that by eating after she left him, he had a bad life, as long as he was in bad mood, he would get a stomachache, and sleep disorderly. Now, since they can no longer be together, he hopes that there's nothing to worry about. He asks her if she means to invite him to resign from his job, and she says that she'll do so since they're friends. She says that people would not quit their jobs for something uncertain. She adds that she will continue to work for the company, but that she understands that people don't give up their career for something that's uncertain. He then tells her that he saw her ex-husband taking sleeping pills when he came back from a walk. He's sorry, but he says he didn't think he'd be able to see him so soon after he left, so he went for a look. She tells him he'll have to stop thinking about getting back together.
